Struggle to get appointments and when I ring there is normally min of 40 calls in front even when ring at 8 am but doctors good when I do

Dear Cheryl. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced long wait times. We have seen a increase in calls into the surgery. To address this, we have taken proactive steps to minimise phone wait times. Doctor was very efficient and got me the prescription I needed after two weeks back and forward to the hospital.

Requested appointment and receive one within the same week with female doctor which I had specification asked for. At appointment was referred to hospital and received the hospital appointment within the hour.

Was treated with the greatest respect and listen too. I was able to book online and was surprised to get an appointment straight away. The doctor was very nice took his time to listen to what I had to tell him very polite. Only took a few minute for the dispensary to get my proscription ready. Was pleased with the overall appointment things are improving.

A Blood Pressure check at Sheepmarket with Healthcare Assistant, Meds sort-out and order at St Mary's with the Pharmacy and GP appointment at Sheepmarket all went extremely well. The best experience I've had from Lakeside for a long time, so am very pleased and appreciative of the staff concerned.

Got same day appointment. Very nice Dr.understood my 92 year old husband treated with respect diagnosed gave prescription and advice.

i was impressed by the gp's attitude. He explained the causes of my problem in comprehensive detail in a non patronising manner. He then went on to offer advice on managing my condition which i found extremely helpful. i would also like to commend the reception staff who were extremely friendly and helpful

I received excellent service from one of the GPs at the practice. The treatment I have received has been thorough with a successful diagnosis . Follow ups have been excellent too. I'm now on the road to recovery thanks to the professionalism and actions of this GP. Also worthy of note is the service I received from one of the receptionists who followed up on a call to book me an appointment when the phone system was not working properly in the surgery. I thoroughly recommend this practice. Thank you

Impossible to get appointment with any GP. Average waiting call time 4h. When you finally get through you will find out no appointments available in the near future and best is to call 111. Trying to register via doctrin, good luck! Instant message the system is out of working hours. Going to the reception, no appointments available in the near future, best to book online. Booking online, I still waiting. This practice is a joke and lough from NHS!

Dear Greg. Thank you for taking the time to share feedback regarding the practice. I am sorry to hear that you have had difficulty in accessing the surgery. We release pre-bookable appointments throughout the week, patient's can book these via the NHS App, SystmOnline, and telephone access. We regularly review the wait time on the telephones and in November the average wait time was 16 minutes, previous months we see the wait time sit at around 14 to 17 minutes. The Doctor was very quick to respond to my telephone appt which had been brought forward as I was getting quite stressed about some tests I had had done. She was very understanding reassuring and explained everything in an understanding
