    I was sent a link to book in for the flu vaccination. Initially when trying to book a slot online there were none available, but I carried on checking and 2 slots became available before the 7 day link expired. Booked a slot for the next day. On arrival I was welcomed and shown to the room for my vaccination which was then completed within minutes. Well done.

    Was sent message at 8.03 for a phone call atc12.00, about 1 hour later I recieved another message that an appointment had been made for me at 12.00 so had to ring the surgery on the phone 45 minutes to be told I can chose, ,chose a face to face, saw a locum, to be told that they can find nothing wrong with me. So I said that means shut up and put up with it. I have been suffering for well over a month with these symptoms, and I admit that I have had loads of tests. I did suggest that it could be my diabetes as I have been changed to a new medication due to shortages the locum then suggested I stop the new medication and see how we go for a fortnight. I was also told to make an appointment with the diabetic nurse, I queue again to see about they wouldn't make me one as I am due for an appointment in march 2024. That means to me that I have to wait for 5 months . So I came out of the surgery feeling like I am accused of being a hypochondriac, and no one gives a dam. It was a total waste of time , so I have to continue feeling like I do. So watch this space hopefully I am just have a reaction to the new tablets.

    20 week old baby not well, went to the surgery at 8am and got a same day face to face appointment, very helpful and friendly doctor who has referred us to the appropriate place. Called the surgery the following day as baby was running a temp of 39°, duty doctor phoned me within 20mins of me speaking to reception and asked us to attend an appointment that afternoon. The service provided has not just be a 10/10 for my baby but also myself on previous visits/phone calls to the surgery. Overall the doctors and receptionist have been very kind, helpful and reassuring. A much better service than the one I was receiving at the Deepings Practice! Would 100% recommend Sheepmarket surgery.

    First appointment of the day I presumed was at 9 am , this was delayed until 9.30 making my 9.15 appointment nearly 10.00 am. I also overheard one of the receptionist taking nearly 15 minutes trying to explain to an elderly couple how to use the website to get an appointment whilst a bigger and bigger queue developed. Why can't you accept that some people are not capable of doing this and provide them with a proper service. As in the name National Health, Service

We do have clinicians working from 8am, We do try to run on time but unfortunately appointments can run over, depending on the need of the patient.     When I attended for my vaccination the whole process was efficient. No queues. Straight in. The GP did my vaccination. A member of the clerical team was present too, working alongside the GP to enter my treatment onto my records, enduring everything was up to date.

    I went to the surgery for my flu and COVID jab. I was met by a friendly member of staff, I walked straight into to have my jabs by a professional and friendly nurse and left the practice in a matter of minutes.

    Receptionist- very helpful and friendly, got me a same day appointment. ( I did go to surgery at 8am to book however) Doctor- very helpful and friendly, listened to my concerns and was very gentle when examining my baby. Diagnosed and prescription given no hassle. Prescription clerk- not helpful at all when ordering my repeat prescription.I had zero confidence my emails with the clerk were going to result in a repeat prescription and I couldn't risk baby running out of specialist milk powder because of his allergies. The clerk couldn't understand that i needed to order more milk so soon even though my prescription is on a weekly not montly basis. You have to allow 3 days for the surgery to handle the prescription then 7 days at the chemist, so I was already pushing the deadline without a day wasted on back a forth emials with the clerk. So had to go to the surgery again to order my repeat. I will not be ordering my repeat via the emails method in the future.
