Had a doctors appointment at 5.20 yesterday and that was ok the doctor recommended blood test and mri scan, he told me to come back this morning to pick up a form to have a blood test I arrive about 12.15, but no blood test form had been sorted I said I would be happy to wait as I wanted it done today due to work commitments next week, I was told only the doctor I saw could sort it and he wasn’t in today, come back on Tuesday This was a waste of my time, the receptionists time and the patients waiting in the queue, which was getting longer by the minute! Now I have to go back to the surgery next week, I don’t drive so it’s not just a quick trip If he had told me collect the form next week I might not be so annoyed and writing this review, I would have understood

Had to wait 4 days for an appointment then wait an hour at the surgery to be seen by the GP. The GP however was very thorough and matters are being progressed.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced a long wait time in the surgery, all clinician's do strive to keep to their appointment times. Usually takes ages for a doctor to see me but on this day I rang up and got an appointment same day and there was no long wait and the doctor was helpfull

Doctors switched on and nothing was to much trouble checking everything while I was present sending me for all tests and xrays

Last week I spoke to a receptionist about a test result from over a year ago, that I had never received. She found the test result, realised the significance of it and found me a gp appt for three days later. The gp was most helpful, and acted efficiently regarding the test result.
