The booking system is extremely poor and very difficult and very often impossible to arrange a same day Doctor appointment. The receptionists are rude and not helpful. The whole experience is frustrating and distressing. No sympathy for patients in need.

Called into Practice and got a same day appointment with a Doctor. Extremely efficient and not kept waiting. Wharf Road Practice is a lovely friendly surgery. There is an on site Dispensary where, they are very helpful and polite. Only had to wait 5 mins from seeing Doctor to collection of prescription. I have recently moved and returned to Wharf Road Practice. Doctor was very understanding and everything was explained to me. Thankyou

Had concerns regarding actually getting an appointment, these were unfounded as this was an efficient process. The doctor I saw was friendly, efficient and reassuring. As were all other staff I encountered. I made my appointment via the website.

Friendly listened to me felt comfortable took action were needed examined me Check things like blood pressure discussed past problems that were to do with my consultation on that day highly recommended this doctor and practise very good experience action being take straight away

Once again the Dispensary, this time at the Sheepmarket, have sent me on my merry way with less than half the prescribed medicine I was supposed to receive. Once again I'm on hold on the phone try and resolve

Both the surgery and other pharmacies are experiencing issues with national supply chain for medication.
