I visited the surgery last Saturday for my flu & Covid vaccination. The service was very efficient and the whole process only took 5 minutes.

I explained my symptoms and my concerns about my shaking right hand to the doctor. He discounted Motor Neurone Disease but sent a request for a brain scan and asked for a blood test which I was able to do the same day at the phlebotomy unit, where they also did a very good job in taking blood from a difficult vein. I particularly liked the fact that the Doctor I saw whose name I am not allowed to include was prepared to discount one of my worries but wanted to get to the bottom of my problem. What I expect from a General Practitioner

For the first time I felt the doctor took his time and listened to me,very thorough, thank you,would like to have him as my doctor from now on,I was told he was quite new,not long qualified we need more doctors like him please

I attended the flu vaccination session at the Ryhall Road surgery on 5 October. I went straight in to the clinic, and was offered both flu and Covid vaccinations. The whole process took only minutes and was dealt with by very pleasant members of staff throughout. Thank you

My experience for the flu & covid jab was good in & out very quickly very well organised. The nurse very informative explain everything very well & made sure we knew which vaccination was going in which arm.

I used Anima for the first time as I’d got a painful shoulder and wanted some anti-inflammatory medication. I had a response approximately one week after submitting the enquiry. It was very thorough, indicating I should have bloods taken and an X-ray and I was prescribed medication for two weeks prior to getting any results. Getting the bloods and X-ray done was very straightforward.

On arrival was met by someone who directed me to the Consultation room.I received both my flu and Covid vaccines and within 10 minutes from arrival I was on my way home!
