I attended a flu clinic. The staff were extremely organised when booking you in and directing you to the appropriate area. The GP was very thorough and asked all the relevant questions. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Always have felt at ease when speaking with my doctor, has been checking up on me as on new medication, the staff at the surgery are never critical and always helpful and polite whether it be by a phone call or in person,

Had severe back pain- seen within 24 hours of request. Saw very empathetic doctor who listened to me, examined me and arranged an urgent scan which diagnosed the problem. He also prescribed painkillers. I now have an appointment with a neurosurgeon. My experience of this practice has been extremely efficient and excellent.

Absolutely fantastic service. I contacted NHS 111, received a phone call within the hour, was booked in to an appointment on the following Friday and was then referred for what I needed straight away. I am genuinely impressed with the service.

I telephoned to discuss symptoms of concern and after receiving advice from the receptionist, who had consulted with a duty GP, decided not to act on the receptionists advice, to visit A and E. I was asked if I was likely to act on the advice and, honestly, said I probably would not (due to my existing commitments that day). I was then told the duty doctor would want to speak with me and would phone. This she did, after about ten minutes, and listened to my concerns again but patiently advised that I really should go to A and E. I decided it would be foolish to ignore the GP advice after she had taken the trouble to telephone and did go to A and E, by ambulance - as advised - which was alarming of course. Whereas A and E was extremely busy & the wait was long I nevertheless appreciated the duty GP taking the trouble to phone me. And retrospectively greatly value the GP’s consideration.

Ever since my first and subsequent appointments I have been treated with respect and appointments arranged for same day. Also had follow up calls to endure there were no further issues

My appointment was a health review with a nurse and it was a really comfortable experience, she was lovely! I am not one for hospitals and doctors surgeries as am normally never unwell but just wanted to see how my health was with usual lifestyle questions and had my blood pressure and blood sugars checked, height and weight etc… all was good and was pleased with my overall experience.

I had a routine health check and was both impressed with the scope of the assessment and the practice nurse carrying it out. The results were available during the appointment, which was great as it enabled us to discuss all of it very comprehensively.

Had a call earlier in the day to discuss medication. I was given time to consider my options, but was very impressed with the doctor as he phoned me back after his shift to put through the paperwork. I'm not sure everyone would do that.

When I saw the doctor this morning, she showed great empathy. Took time to explain a lot about my conditions. I am so lucky as I have always had great care from doctors here. Yes sometimes a bit frustrating getting appointment but I always get one when needed. I just would like the online appointment system to come back as it was far better. But my overall treatment is always very good. Thank you doctors
