I think the practice is improving with the new phone system also I was happy to have a face to face appointment.i fully understand the pressure on our health service but I felt so much better and confident of being able to see and speak to my doctor

Medical staff are great! Always helpful,knowledgeable, pleasant, easy to talk to and you feel that they are attentive and try resolve your issue. Reception can be a bit arduous, and quite difficult to get through on the phone. Good comm on texts, call backs,feedback.

I had a smear test and the nurse was calm, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and cared for and she explained everything I wanted to know.

Positive improvements have been made, certainly by frontline staff at the desk, where they seem to be treating their customers/patients with more respect, some of the frontline staff could be a little bit abrupt at times, this is now improved immensely. The seating area is excellent, as there is more fresh air with the windows open, the seating is spread around, which is good. And we are collected from the waiting area by either the nurse or the G.P. which is more personal. The old method of sounding a bell, and calling out the name over the tannoy system, it was difficult to hear what they were saying, and almost impersonal. Great improvements :-)

The GP gave excellent advice in regards to my work rated issue with different options available, which allow me to feel comfortable with what I wanted to discuss. The GP has also given an opportunity for me to revisit him where needed.

Some of the doctors are kind and thoughtful. The appointment system has got much better and there's no longer huge queues on the phone in the morning.

I have had this issue for over 3 months . Went to doctors after 1 month and told me it was something else . Waiting for referral and now been diagnosed with frozen shoulder . Completely different to what I was originally supposed to have . Now off work for 1 month due to lack of support

Face to face with a doctor, appointment was easy to make and good caring bedside manner. For a medical appointment it was very good.

I have been to see by a GP recently and this has been a few times about the same problem but only just got a break through by having my a referral to someone who can deal with my skin problems because every time I see the GP they keep giving me the same cream that does not work! I also explained I've had this problem before I was told that he doesn't want his career to taken away from him as this medication is classed as a red drug I ask him what does that mean no answer!I also asked him how long is the referral he the shuged his shoulder I ask him for a doctor sick note. I left by the door and he didn't say goodbye wow things have changed sooooo much at the doctor's surgery this is the worst I ever see things go I feel all the best doctor have left am soooo disappointed it took along to make a appointment and this is how you get treated there is no empathy for the patient no desire to promote a health in general but to make you feel no better than when you come in.
