lawrence hill health centre is coming on in leaps and bounds since the pandemic. their new phone system means that they can send you a text, so you can choose an appointment time. the doctors and receptionists there always go out of there way to help you, I was referred by them for hospital treatment which all ran smoothly. I was thinking of changing drs surgeries but am that impressed that I will stay put. Well done lhhc

I was a little late for my appointment with my GP at 10:50am. But thanks to the excellent staff I met my GP, they treated me very well, the reception and all the medical staff were very nice, the GP examined me and prescribed me some medication for treatment. I am completely satisfied with everything at Lawrence Hill Health Center. Thanks

The doctor I saw was very thorough and listened to my health and concerns. From there he suggested a plan of investigation. I felt that was I was given enough time to discuss my concerns and I felt very well supported after my appointment.

Great listening skills, eye to eye contact, offered sincere encouragement and I’m extremely happy with entire experience, from helpful front desk staff to doctors

This is my third review this summer and have to say there is a noticeable improvement starting from reception ,for the first time, the receptionist who I knew for over 6 years if not more had a nice conversation and was very nice and had a smile on her face for the first time ever she spoke to me which was very nice and pleasant. The doctor was amazing too ,again,when treating you as a human being it makes a huge difference and makes it even more interesting when they show empathy,so thank you. But my huge thank you goes to the manager of the GP who clearly is taking on board our criticism and working on it which shows professionalism and efficiency from his part. So thank you so much for making things different but more importantly better.

Seen today immediately following call to book apt yesterday. Upsetting appointment, but treated with the utmost care, kindness and respect. This is not a rare experience either, I have been with this GP practice for over 15 years and although at times it has been difficult with staffing they have always done their best to provide great care, not just for me but my children also. Thank you so much.

Visited surgery yesterday saw a lady paramedic who treated me extremely well and then referred herself to a Doctor to discuss my case and texted me later with the diagnosis that they both agreed on. Then this morning 19th July I received a call from a Doctor who talked me through what was best for me to do next and put he also put my mind at rest and felt much better after the talk with him . So I was very happy with the service I received from my Surgery.

Have to say ,had to go through few appointments to come to a better experience. I started with a bad review at the beginning of the month but all my concerns were addressed after that. The doctor I met recently was a very good one, not only she listened to my concerns, she took time to listen and respected my point of view and said you would be the better person to know her body. She requested more tests and in the process of investigating what’s going wrong. She simply treated me as a human being not a number on the list and sometimes that’s what you need when everything is going wrong with your health or if you think your body is going wrong!!! So have to end it with thank you to the doctor I seen on Friday 21st although she is very part time but I would love to see her again even if I have to wait.She is very professional, simply outstanding doctor and more doctors at the GP should be trained by her. Thank you for making my experience better. Hanifa

Pleasant waiting area. Phoning is not usually a problem. Very experienced nurse for a routine screening and not too long a wait for the appointment. Apology for the wait even though it wasn't that long.
