Went to the Surgery yesterday to ask about a Flu Injection and the very efficient Receptionist offered me an appointment for the afternoon which I very gladly accepted and when I returned later I went straight in and had my Flu jab. In the morning I also requested to have a consultation with a Doctor about my Knees, the Receptionist told me a Doctor would telephone me in due course. Not long after I arrived home the phone rang and I was offered an appointment for next week to see a Doctor. Outstanding service and very grateful. I have been with this practice since I was a small child and through the years seen many Doctors & Nurses and Receptionists and have always been treated very well indeed so I would always recommend this Practice and never want to go elsewhere.

Had to see diabetic nurse mon 9th such a lovely friendly person .really explained everything to me even when I was trying to take it all she made me feel comfortable. Cant say enough about the nurses and the practice

I would give a 5 star! From the receptionist to the physician and to the treatment room. Amazing care and staff. Keep the great work!

I had to produce a blood sample. There are often days when this isn't an easy task, and this was one of those days. Being needle phobic and not being happy to see blood, I couldn't do what practice nurses have to do. Having to deal with patients like me must add to the difficulty of that job, and I am sorry that I'm not braver. Thank you for persevering with me, it's much appreciated, even if I don't necessarily give that impression at the time!

After being unable to get an appointment in person, my GP arranged 2 telephone appointments, one for myself and one for my child. On these 2 separate occasions my GP had not bothered to call me as arranged or even cancel the telephone appointment. I am very disappointed.

I receive very good care from this practise. Phoning for an appointment has improved recently. Recent blood test went very well. Thank you, Sabrina.

It is getting very difficult to get appointments to see GP. And if get an appointment you either see a practitioner nurse or Physician which I am not happy because they only take information from and go discuss with Gp. Lastly you can’t get a doctor of your choice.
