Pleasant waiting area. Phoning is not usually a problem. Very experienced nurse for a routine screening and not too long a wait for the appointment. Apology for the wait even though it wasn't that long.

I felt like my doctor listened to me with ease made me feel comfortable isn't have to wait long and my doctor listened to all my issues thoroughly

Whenever I have needed services here it has always been great. It is sometimes difficult to access due to the pressures on the surgery given the area they cover, telephoning is usually difficult. Overall an excellent surgery and I’ve been with them for 30 years

I was able to talk to the doctor and she gave me all the information I needed. Felt I was listened to and felt important.

I'd like to commend the nurse and the receptionist for doing a great job. My appointment was on time. The receptionist was friendly and helped me with the self check-in. The nurse was super friendly. We chatted about our kids while she informed me about the procedure and what she was doing. She gave me advice for future tests. I can only commend the staff in the clinic for empathizing and caring for their patients despite their hectic schedules. Well done and thank you for the human touch!

I had occasion to contact the surgery regarding a coloplast prescription issue unfortunately the receptionist I spoke with made me feel very upset and stressed,my prescription is requested by coloplast charter and once authorised goes back to coloplast as my stoma bags are specifically pre cut for me,the person I spoke to advised that the sc ript went to the chemist and kept repeating this several times even though I tried several times to explain that since my major surgery which was life threatening all my stoma bags are pre cut but this receptionist wasn't prepared to listen I was very upset and distressed as I was let down by the surgery prior to my surgery and this felt like history repeating itself my issue was eventually corrected by another staff member I'm just so disappointed as I've been a patient at the practice for over 30 years and never ever had a problem and have always praised and respected all the staff

Made an appointment for a blood test on arrival no appointment on screen but I have the date and time when I made that appointment on my phone how inefficient

I have been a patient at Lawrence Hill Heath Centre for 18yrs. The reception staff are always very helpful. Now they have a call back system so your not on the phone for hrs. I don't have anything negative to say about this practice. They do a difficult job with extreme pressure the NHS are under.

Very friendly, kind staff who show care and treat patient with dignity and respect and also provide wonderful service to patient. I have been with this survey for many years and never been disappointed when seeking health care.
