I have a condition which has a great impact on my life. However, this practice has made it easier with correct treatment! I can now enjoy my life with confidence that i have caring backup.

my visit to Lawrence hill health centre was excellent all the staff were very helpful and extremely courteous well done all staff,doctors and nurses

I am always lucky to get appointments when needed . I’ve been with this surgery for 20 years plus and never had any problem.

So call for a sick note for a week told can't have it till I had a appointment ok earliest appointment tho 2 weeks after I'd go back to work so no help at all just a waste of natural insurance and tax money 3 to6 week appointment times ain't no help

Hi, with all due respect I'm writing just to say big thanks to all Management of staff at Lawrence Hill health centre for their Qualitative care support services within the Neibour hood. For over20yrs, I've never regret a second been a patient because all the Management team delivered excellent care services whenever it's needed. in fact Anytime,Anyday, I vist my present GP he listened and digest my health issues by giving me a body M.o.t and Re-assurance rest of mind on my health worries Many Thks, kind regards. But pls note,,The time given on appointments to see a GP should be Reduced

Got through to receptionist to ask if there was a letter waiting for me to collect on behalf of a blind friend which he had requested several days before and which he required for his PIP review. Receptionist could find him on the system , kept asking me to repeat his name, then I got cut off. When I rang back was waiting ages, even though I was second in the queue. I gave up in the end. The awful music didn’t help my anxiety caused by frustrating experience.

Service has tanked. Rock bottom. It takes over an hour to get through. Receptionist hung up on me when I insisted on speaking to a gp. Dr on duty did not even have the courtesy to call just sent a random text telling me to repeat a process I have already done and providing incomplete information. Sent emails didn't receive a reply. Treatment room, nurses, certain drs (esp pediatric) are top notch if you can get through. I wouldn't recommend for all round care and peace of mind. It will deteriorate your mental health.
