    Pleased with visit today, doctor reassured me with some Question’s I had about my health, prefer Face to face rather than a phone call .

    I had an appointment today for what I was told would be a repeat procedure. I got to my appointment & the doctor had refused to do the procedure. She did explain the reasons but my argument was that she or anybody in regards to being given this appointment, didn't even read my notes or previous information beforehand. Which resulted in a wasted appointment & I could of had a telephone call to be told the information that I was refused the treatment I thought I would be having today & instead I was told I'd be referred somewhere else. The doctor was a little unprofessional in explaining reasons for not checking my information beforehand & she said that she doesn't have the time to go through patients notes because it's time consuming! We'll doesn't this defeat the object or wasted appointments & why people complain about the service they receive from the NHS If doctors cannot do the job properly. The least they could do is quickly go through notes & so they are aware of the patients previous medical information. Mostly every appointment I have, I'm forever having to ask the doctor if they have read my notes because I get asked questions that clearly have the the answers in my medical information! I expect the doctor to know how to help me but not checking relevant medical information is just laziness to be honest.

    Having received a nhs message inviting me to have a rsv vaccination I phoned the practice and was to make a convenient appointment for the next day. The jab itself was administered skilfully by a friendly nurse.

    Difficult to understand the doctor allocated to me. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience left me down all day as I don’t understand my diagnosis and how severe it is. The report reading wasn’t great, not all findings were mentioned. I am still frustrated and feeling lost about my own health.

    Seen by practice nurse today, my treatment completed afterwards advice on how to maintain my treatment. Both my husband and I have had the best treatment from the nurses and doctors, along with helpful receptionists, we are very lucky to have a GP practise especially in this day and age 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ practise

    Submitted 3 e-consult issues this morning. Within 10 minites I got a call inviting me to come for an appointment 45 minutes later. The GP I saw was efficient and allowed me to talk about all 3 issues at this appointment. Great building, modern and clean
