  1. Review titled Good pratice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Went for my flu jab today. Arrived a little early but got a lovely warm welcome and instructed where to go. One min in queue then to nurse. Asked a couple of questions then had jab. Didn't even know nurse had done it so gentle. A bit of advice and then all done. And a cheery good bye from another lady on way out. Altogether a good experiance

  2. Review titled A Very Satisfied Patient

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had an appointment for my annual blood tests this afternoon. Despite leaving myself plenty of travel time there was a hold up on the way there and I had to do a big detour. I rang the surgery to explain. The receptionist was very understanding and said she would message the phlebotomist as I was her last appointment of the day. The phlebotomist agreed to wait for me and made me feel as though it was no trouble. Well done to both. Much appreciated.

  3. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I just wanted to feedback that this is a fantastic practice. I work in the NHS and positive feedback is not often given so I wanted to relay that the care I have received as been great. Every query is addressed in a timely manner, I have never not been able to get an appointment if I needed one and staff are friendly and keen to help you. Well done on such a great service

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such positive feedback! Sadly most service users only feedback negative experiences so it's a welcomed change to hear about things that have gone well for patients :-)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with us. As a learning organisation we are keen to understand things that have not gone so well. Our appointments for blood tests are sometimes limited which means we need to offer alternative arrangements. Unfortunately this might mean that patients might have to travel. We don't send patients to another Practice; but instead we offer our services on an evening and a weekend but in a different building (currently at Trinity Medical Centre). We work as a Primary Care Network with other Practices to share services and make them more accessible for patients. You would still be having your bloods taken as a Maybush patient, we are just using their building when ours is closed. There is now also the option to have your bloods taken at a new service offered in the community by Pinderfields Hospital. This is on Cathedral Park near Jysk and Next. No appointment is necessary, you just need to take your blood form with you available from our Reception. You can also pre-book your regular 2 week appointments with us in advance to secure the appointment. We hope that has been helpful, and again thank you for sharing with us your experience.
