Always communicate with me in a quickest way, good Doctors and nurses, clean environment. Only problem sometimes have to wait long time to be seeing by the doctor.

I went into the doctors feeling really nervous today and the two lovely nurses made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I have left feeling very happy with my overall experience.

When having my leg redressed the duty doctor was needed and with no delay certain issues were addressed. A prescription was issued and the medication was picked up immediately after the appointment. My wife and I agreed that I had been very well looked after.

Appts concerning abdominal pain, by phone, then in surgery with different doctors. Was referred to East Surrey Hospital where I had an appendectomy the next day. I’m very grateful for the decisive actions of both Medwyn doctors.

We are very happy with Medwyn Surgery. We like their online system which allows us to explain our problem and requirements knowing that we will receive a response within a few hours probably with an appointment to either meet a doctor or receive a telephone call.

I always have a great experience of being a patient at Medwyn Surgery - all staff are respectful, prompt, friendly and kind. Appointments are quick and it feels like you are a priority as a patient. Would recommend the surgery to anyone!

I cannot fault any of the services or staff at Medwyn. I have always had positive experiences. My query or request for an appointment is answered and booked within 3hrs. They are so good at initiating follow up assessments for review. I feel so lucky to have found such a fantastic GP practice.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. I have been able to get an appointment over the phone if not a face to face one.

I had a lot to juggle at home and was having difficulty fitting in my asthma review. I was running short of my asthma medication and had a dreadful cold. At short notice I needed to fly to Australia for a family funeral. I left a message on the website about my predicament. A good supply of medication arrived a day or two before I was due to fly, including one item I had not even requested. There was now no danger of my running out of anything in Australia. It was a difficult time in my life. As I travelled to Australia I felt very well care for by the team at Medwyns surgery. I highly recommend them.

Submitted an email request online. Received an answer by text within 30 minutes from the GP with an appointment within 3 days at requested time for the first response practitioner (a fysio in this case). She did a thorough check, took enough time and gave helpfull advice. Everything very efficient. Thank you.
