When to the practice in regards to bowel issues. Doctor spent more time press keys on the computer with no eye contact when I wa talking. Felt the visit lacked any real empathy relating to my bowel issues.

The most comprehensive, thorough and complete consultation I have ever had with a doctor in all my 69 years. He was more concerned with my future health outcomes than I am.

Helpful and polite, quick appointment and on time . Caring and understanding , no queues, no wait ing, straight in to see the doctor, no fuss absolutely fantastic service

I came in and try to explain my situation. He asked me to take my shirt off to see my shoulder. Touched it, twisted it, then recommended some physio exercise. I told him already that the pain and impediment in my shoulder is really painful nad has been for almost 2 months now. I did some physio as well (recommended by the NHS im their website). I did icing as well, full rest and ibuprofen but the pain and impediment did not change. I did this for a month to ensure all were done on my part before consulting with a GP.

The practitioner I saw was, understanding. Listened to my concerns and gave positive feedback - exercises to help. Other recommendations were suggested and access to other support regarding my problem. It was easy to get an appointment. The receptionist are polite and empathetic when requesting your need for the appointment.

When I arrived the receptionist greets you will a smile. The are young lady marked me as arrived. I informed her I had a message about my annual review. She gave me a blood test bag and other information I needed. Very friendly and most efficient. Thank you Montague medical centre good all round service.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the surgery. I saw a GP for the first time in years and felt he was thorough and listened to me explaining my symptoms.
