    Excellent advice on which vaccines were required and also how to get certificate, which I had lost for a vaccination which was still valid. Great peace of mind before stressful travel.

    Where can I start!! After over 30 years with the same practice I finally had a very good positive experience from start to finish. Yes okay I may have had to hold for over 15-20 minutes before speaking to a receptionist but to actually hear an apology instantly made the hold time worth it, given the weather at the moment and every other person being ill I wasn't surprised for having to hold for a certain length of time but if the person answering your call was as nice as my experience on this occasion then it would be worth the hold time. Not to say improvements can't be made to the hold time because no doubt there is room for improvement but the gradual changes I've seen so far are positive and long may it continue. I really like the introduction of the callback service for a doctors appointment when you call in the morning but that option wasn't available this morning (and I've only rang once before in the last few months when I came across this service), not sure if the callback service was a trial or is used on certain days when the inbound call capacity allows it to be active.. But I definitely think it's a positive rather than having to hold and not being able to get on with your day. Moving onto the face to face experience, no complaints to be honest and was directed the right way to wait for the doctor after having waited a minute to be acknowledged by a receptionist. The only feedback I would have is that the reception itself isn't inviting at all when you walk into the GP Practice, specially when that's the first thing you see when walking in. The very small opening doesn't always help the workers behind realise someone has walked into the reception specially when they're all sat down busy working and your not the tallest of people. I remember the old reception when there was a lot more room in the practice and that was much more inviting, not trying to say the reception needs to be bigger but could do with it being more inviting and welcoming for sure, there was been occasions where the queue of patients have ended up lining outside so a bit more space for patients walking in wouldn't go amiss. Maybe a change to consider in the near future along with the positives changes going on at the practice. The doctor was very thorough in the support they provided, to actually have a doctor who took the time out to go to length to explain things in detail and help me gain a better understanding of my diagnosis was a good experience, you'd think reading this it's a doctors job to do this but if I'm being as honest as I am then I have to say not all the doctors I've seen at this practice have been as helpful as who I saw today. There's always been a lack of consistency with the Actual doctors working at the practice which has always dampened my experiences in the past but I hope this is a change the practice consider and overcome in the future Not so sure about Recommend to Friends and Family, need to see a lot more consistency first

    Am so amazed at the improvement I felt like I called a new surgery. For them to call back instead of having us to wait in queue that would last hour or so and sometimes just cut off after holding on for so long. Wow great service well done and the Dr so lovely and polite so understanding kept it up the whole team thankyou so much we needed this

    The Dr's are very helpful and assisted very well. Referred me right away. I could not praise them highly enough. I would definitely recommend this practise.

    Wow I attended my appointment the gp I saw was amazing . He listened to me , checked me propley made me feel comfortable and welcoming with a huge smile. I felt the gp made it easy for me to explain what problems I had what a fantastic gp . The outcome was brilliant. I was amazed this kind of doctor still exists.

    The practice have implemented a new orderline system on the same number. The person on the orderline was very nice and efficient. She dealt with enquiry quickly and ordered the medication urgently. Huge improvement.
