Got to see a doctor straight away, and problem dealt with quickly. Bloods done on the same day, and should get all my results by the end of the week. Thanks.

It seems it is much easier to get an Appointment these days. Telephone Reviews are so convenient if you don’t have to be seen face-to-face. I also really like how easy it is to access the online system (when it has not been turned off), all the admin & clinical queries can be requested online & it really is very convenient. I have never had an issue with ordering repeat prescriptions online or via the Patient Access App. I literally order on the same day & it will be delivered by my local pharmacy the same day or at the very latest the next day. The new nurse I spoke to over the phone yesterday is a fantastic addition to the practice. She takes the time out to listen and advise throughly. I must admit in the past I have felt rushed during appointments. Now I am getting a positive feeling that I am a patient and not just a number. Keep up the good work & I hope this practice continues to go from strength to strength!

After over 40 years at this practice I can actually say I not only saw the change but experienced it also . From start to finish I felt re assured ,my health problem heard and actual ways to resolve my problem were put in place . Whereas before I would have to ring the surgery to chase up up any interventions put in place . I was able to have my bloods taken and my xray procedure done on the same day . What a huge relief that was not having to book time off work to get these done . Overall I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to real change at this surgery so it benefits medical proffesionals and patients too to become a top rating surgery in the coming future.

Receptionist km listened to my problem very nicely and gave me an appointment. Great service from the receptionist. I got called in very quick by the doctor ph who helped me with my issue and gave good advice. Can not be more happier with the new and improved service.

This is the first time ever in many whole life that I had a good experience with the surgery. From start to finish my problem was listened to intently by the reception girl who also helped me out too and she was so respectful calling me uncle and then the doctor then made sure to ask me and aid me for my issues and also went the extra mile. I would definitely mention names if I was allowed to but please keep up the good work. The reception team has been so wonderful this past week, all the workers seem so happy and not as gloomy as it was just a month ago. I wonder what sort of changes have come in place just within the past month to completely change the atmosphere of the surgery. Keep it up everybody

I have been here for many years and have never been happy with the service. Today I called in and they answered the call, put me through to a doctor straight away. Came to the surgery and she did many tests for me. She was very respectful and helpful. Definitely happy with her service.

I’m so pleased with the service my children and I have received from the new Doctor, who has helped in a respectful, approachable but professional manner. Definitely an asset for the Practice.
