I've had a couple of health challenges over the last year and have had exceptional care from the staff at this practice. Everyone has been approachable, caring and professional. I have felt listened to and treated as a individual. Everything feels very efficient. There is good communication with the hospital and pharmacy and they have been quick to arrange follow up appointments after hospital care. The reception staff and those on the phones are just brilliant, always a kind voice. Whatever they are doing here should be shared with other practices because as far as I am concerned this is what primary care should look like. Thank you for all your care and support.

I know doctors receptionists get a bad rep but the staff here at Ossett couldn’t be more helpful, I had a question regarding care of a family member and the lady went above and beyond to help reassure me and couldn’t have been kinder in a sad situation. They all deserve a pay rise!

All my contacts with the surgery are positive. Everyone is approachable, friendly and efficient. The reception, the nurses, the Doctors all give excellent customer service.

Rang today to request call back from a GP. The lady who took my call was very professional but friendly. Dealt with my request efficiently. I never have a problem with this practice. Keep up the good work that you do.
