    I had some blood tests & an annual prescription review due. The practice called me to arrange all the appointments which were all very convenient to me. They also booked a telephone consultation. This happened exactly as booked and the pharmacist was clear, helpful & sorted everything in the 10 minute call. It was brilliant! Thank you to everyone concerned!

    Lovely HCA who took my blood test, easy to chat with. Pharmacist was very thorough and efficient. All meds sorted and ordered within the discussed time frame. Seamless service. Well done and thank you.

    New to this practise and the careni have had so far has been exceptional, on 3 occasions in the last 4 weeks I have had a same day appointment. The GP / Nurse has always taken time to discuss my condition and offered helpful advise. Would definitely recommend from my own personal experiences

    Contacted surgery as had bad cold/cough for over 2 weeks was given a telephone appointment same day and after explaining Symptoms to clinician was prescribed antibiotics to relieve symptoms. Pleased with service received.

    Was seen punctually and given useful information. Additional medication for high blood pressure was arranged, also a further blood test and self- administered blood pressure testing for 7 days organised.

    Went for follow up on blood pressure, Dr didn't know what I had gone for and it was a waste of time. He didn't know why I had changed my tablets and said to go bk in 4 weeks with some more BP readings and if still high would put me on another tablet?
