    Several times over the past year l have needed to visit this practice. The last time l had an appointment within a couple of days and that was on time and dealt with very effectively

    I was sent reminders every other day for close to two weeks and then on the day it was cancelled! Therefore I am reviewing nothing! Very annoying.

    When I called the practice I was number 6 in the queue, so I used the call back service. (Which is great by the way) I was called back, and I requested a telephone consultation with the Dr. This was arranged for later that day. I received my call from the Dr about 3.15pm. The Dr listened to my problem and agreed to give me a prescription of the medication I required. This was forwarded to the dispensary at Sutton Benger for me to collect. This was ready to be collected within half an hour. Fantastic service all round.

    I took the call on behalf of my elderly mum, I was not convinced that yhe person was actually "treating" the whole health situation. It was suggested to adjust medication but there is such a fine balance between mums heart and kidney health I wanted a Dr to look at it. Mums home blood pressure readings were high jn the morning after exerting herself getting washed and dressed with a carer, and lower in the afternoon after resting. They failed to take note of this!

    Had a very positive face to face appointment with the doctor of my choice. The doctor was extremely helpful, taking the time to listen to my concerns, answering all of my queries and suggested a pathway forward which I was very happy with.

    Member of staff phoned me to help me discuss dieting. The conversation was very helpful, the person listened to me and I felt that she understood what I was saying. I took on board everything she said and will hopefully see a difference in the coming months
