Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Went in on time. The Nurse was very informative on what the procedure was for and how it would be done. All in all good appointment.

Dr rang to go over blood results and ECG test results, changed BP tablets and got me follow up face to face appointment in 2 weeks.

Doctor was very caring and professional doing my medication review. I still cannot view messages from two Doctors or re- order my repeat prescriptions.Doctor assured me this was now put right?

The surgery called me within the time scale they had given me, the practicionar was very thorough, knowledgeable, also polite and made me feel at ease, I would recommend anyone to use this service, if they don't need a face to face consultation.

When the person phoned on Friday morning the first time I was driving this was around 9.45am and the second time was around 3.55pm and l was in the shower, l tried to contact the surgery on both occasions but the message said that they can't take calls and that they would try 3 times,l didn't receive the 3rd call so couldn't explain the reasons for not answering, l would appreciate a new call to be booked as it is reference to my insulin for my type one diabetes, l look forward hearing from you. Booking my required blood test was straightforward. The practice nurse on the day was prompt on the appointment time and very helpful. She noted my additional concerns, was efficient in taking blood and explained what would happen next.

My appointment took place on time. The doctor I saw was thorough in their questions but still very friendly. I left after completing the appointment well informed & with some actions to take. I also felt reassured.
