    On my visit to Patford House I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment within a week, I was very satisfied with the treatment I received and the doctor I saw was very thorough thank you

    I experience a phone call from the gp surgery for an illness I have been experiencing I found it very easy to answer all the questions of my symptoms and received great care and advice from the practitioner.

    My telephone appointment with a doctor, was within the stated time. I was able to make my health concerns known, and the GP was very understanding and issued the necessary medication. I was very happy with everything.

    Very friendly and helpful, see the doctor on time , doctor was very nice easy to understand quick to diagnose…. Very happy with service it was like my old doctors used to be ….so all good 😊

    Discussed severe hip pain and was referred to X-ray department in Great western hospital in Swindon. I was seen promptly and hospital had all details of referral. All very efficient.

    Except on one or two occasions (during development of the system) I have never had a problem with any part of the service, which wasn’t resolved quickly and efficiently with a simple telephone call. True to say that I find the NHS website better and easier to use than the Patchs equivalent. Really can’t understand what everyone complains about. Never been easier to get an appointment or other information.

    I was given a time window to receive a call from the Dr to review my prescription. Basic questions were asked and answered. Prescription renewed. What’s was annoying was, this is third year in a row where I get 1/2 my prescription but have to pay the full price, just because I cannot get my prescription reviewed early!

    After sending an email to the practice to say that my prescription was finishing but the condition continued, I very promptly received an answer that a telephone consultation would be arranged. It took place the next morning, within the time slot allocated. Very efficient consultation with a positive outcome. Thank you.
