After sending an email to the practice to say that my prescription was finishing but the condition continued, I very promptly received an answer that a telephone consultation would be arranged. It took place the next morning, within the time slot allocated. Very efficient consultation with a positive outcome. Thank you.

Review conducted by Diabetic Nurse on the telephone. I did not instigate the call; so, a couple of the follow-up questions were N/A - hence my response as neither satisfied or dissatisfied! Very professional and knowledgable. Very clear on guidance; I was involved in the discussion and decision making process. I felt at ease and confident about the discussion.

I’m with a village surgery, part of your group. I collect monthly meds from them and they are lovely. But yesterday I went to Patford House in Calne for a jab. Having reported to reception I waited and waited and waited. I went back to the counter and rang the bell. Receptionist had headphones on. Pointed to them and didn’t move. Tried again later and they came to see me. Turned out that hadn’t checked me in. This was 45 minutes after I arrived. No apology or interest al all. Just “take a seat” to get me out of the way. Receptionists are the face of your practice. They hardly ever answer phones and yesterday’s face to face experience tells me there is something seriously wrong with the practice management. Please tell me how you are resolving this.

I have received great service every time I go , when I can get an appointment.The doctor’s and nurses are most helpful.The phone call appointment was on time and great.

I wanted a face to face appointment with a doctor but it seems almost impossible to get one these days. You are pushed down the route of online triage or a telephone call, neither of which I really wanted, but the lack of any face to face appointments for at least 7 days meant I had to settle for a telephone call
