    I called to try and arrange a doctor's appointment but unfortunately all appointments were already booked so the practice asked me if I would mind discussing my problem with the practice consultant and based on his assessment, we can move forward with a doctor's appointment . After a brief discussion with the pharmacist he asked me to attend the surgery within the hour. By the time I arrived, he had already examined my history and was more than well-prepared for my appointment. The pharmacist went into great detail and arranged the necessary tests to determine what was causing the problems. His attention to detail and kindness were very reassuring

    After going through online form, was advised to contact surgery for appointment, who told me to contact 111 for appointment. 111 triaged me and arranged phone call from practice. Didn’t realise that I wasn’t talking to a doctor. However, clinical pharmacist gave a very thorough 3 pronged treatment plan, covering all bases. All in all. Long winded to get to speak to someone but great service once I did.

    I visited the practice today and would like to express my thanks to the surgery for such a positive, helpful and supportive experience. I had time to discuss my health issues and felt heard and cared for. I highly recommend this practice. They went that extra mile!!!!!!!

    I was very happy with the attention I got from The GP. She listened carefully and her approach was both sympathetic and helpful and resolved my issues. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

    Excellent care provided by the nursing staff. I required a shingles vaccination and changing a dressing following recent surgery. The nurse was well prepared for both tasks and the appointment went very well.

    Excellent kind and professional attention from the practice nurse and afterwards we bumped into ( very busy !) doctor who instantly recognised us and was up to date with situation re cancer care we were receiving .

    2 weeks ago I asked for my prescriptions from gp. when I got from pharmacy my prescription was 1 month short. when I called and asked gp the explanation the receptionist denied it and said pharmacy fault and put the phone down. I regret I registered with this practice.

    Dear Zin, Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our receptionists and we fell short in meeting your expectations. It is often best and wise not to try to crack a nut with a sledge hammer when things go wrong. We wll therefore listen to the recording of your phone call with the receptionist and decide what further action needs to be taken given that you did get a supply of your medication, no harms were caused, but we regretfully fell short this time due to a likely administrative error. We recognise that we are human and not perfect and will expect errors like these to happen from time to time but need to learn from them to strengthen our prescribing and IT systems to minimise the risk of recurrence. That said, it would be premature to cast judgement based of one single experience and can assure you that for the majority of patient encounters, our Outstanding SHEFs© (Smiley, Helpful, Efficient Friendly staff)😊👨‍🍳 do a fantastic job in delivering Excellence in Customer Service. We will dobour best to live up to our own high standards and expectations and hope that your next patient experience is Good or Excellent.     Was actually worried I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment with a doctor since I called around 9:30am. But the receptionist was very helpful and managed to book me in for a telephone consultation with Dr Puvanagopan.

    I was very impressed by my GP’s interaction with me . Her clarity of explanation, ability to stay to the point and go through each investigation results , reassuring when necessary and highlighting need for some repeat tests
