Appointments usually on time. Friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist to the doctor. Surgery is clean and warm. 100% score for me. My contact 2/2023 with the surgery was a telephone call from the doctor but I have had a few visits over the last few months for doctor and blood tests and I am pleased with the surgery.

Myself and another elderly patient could not fasten our COVID masks due to physical impairments.Apart from this super environment and staff.

Lovely staff and really thorough description of what was being done. Both before and during. Really made me feel quite at ease and as relaxed as possible.

Sadly today when I visited the surgery, the nurse didn't seem to know what needed doing when I got there and had to pop out twice to ask someone else what she needed to do and what equipment to use, this is highly unusual as normally it goes without a hitch

So sorry to hear your visit didn’t go as smooth as expected. If you would like to email me direct I will have a look into why things weren’t so smooth. It might be that you were booked with one of our two new nurses who aren’t quite yet fully familiar with our rooms and processes, so therefore they needed to confirm/ check with their supervisor which would be usual during a supervision period but they would normally say if this is the case; so it’s probably worth me looking into things for you. From the initial contact to the service received everything was excellent. The surgery was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and friendly

Fantastic care and attention by the reception team and doctor - my inhaler broke while I was trying to use it to manage an asthma attack. A quick call and the fantastic receptionist organised for my prescription to be signed and sent to the pharmacy immediately. Hyde Park pharmacy were also fantastic at prepping it so quickly, so my partner could pick it up on his way home and I could breathe again! Huge thank you to everyone!

Having previously been armed forces haven’t had much to do with nhs care but since leaving have found the treatment I receive regularly as a great and pleasurable experience in obviously difficult long going medical situation regarding regular visits. All staff are very friendly and knowledgable from office staff to medical professionals. Always smiling and making a potentially difficult situation more relaxed and easy to receive with minimum delays. They are all a credit to their profession!! Bz

We changed Surgery last year and the welcome and professional care has been consistently good. We can usually get a face to face appt as we are both deaf. .
