Having had frequent contact with various professions from my incredible GP to pharmacy team, nurses to the extremely helpful resourceful admin team, no ask is ever too much. You feel safe contacting them and always get the sense you are helped by someone who is listening and caring about your needs as a patient however great or small the ask is. This has never changed prior to, during or after the pandemic despite the enormous pressure they are all under. Thank you all Peverell Park Surgery. You all do amazing work.

The nurse was very helpful, informative and considerate. I appreciated her extra care and consideration. The phlebotomist was able to take blood and be the least painful I have encountered which was a pleasant surprise. So I applaud both the nurse and phlebotomist of my visit. Thank you.

I have been using this GP surgery for approximately 30 years and have never been disappointed with the level of care and professionalism provided. However recently I have had an exceedingly positive experience with a doctor who has gone above and beyond what was expected to ensure I received appropriate testing, diagnosis and care with an ongoing medical concern.

After our experience of our previous surgery being taken over by a group and seeing the level of service plummet, joining Peverell Park surgery was in a way a transformation for my wife and myself. The quality of service is excellent. I have poor health and I feel I’m in good safe hands now.

Every interaction is dealt with in the most genuine caring manner. Always able to speak to someone whether it be face to face or over the phone. Very lucky to be registered with this surgery.

Hi I wanted to say thank you for seeing me so quickly last Tuesday 24th January. I telephoned on the day spoke to Dr and was seen in the afternoon by the nurse checking if I had an ear infection. Also thank you for your quick response to E-consultation form I sent in several months ago I was referred on the same day to audiology. I only recently moved from another surgery and been really happy with service. My only problem is as someone who is hard of hearing I think an appointment text would be good as I had to telephone back later to check my appointment time and I missed the name of the nurse due to not hearing well on the phone. Maybe this is something you could do help with missed appointments. My old practice used to send it out for all appointments. Even Dr used to do the text. Thank you Sophie

From first contact with reception through to conclusion, Peverell Park is the epitome of joined up working. If I need an F2F appointment, I get one; as someone who works, telephone consultations are ideal. The provision of evening/weekend appointments is excellent. The priority seems to be operational delivery, rather than the inverted pyramid which is how the NHS as a whole is run. Staff are knowledgeable and personable, the building is spotless, I always feel that I am treated as an individual. Good effort, we’ll done!

Even though the doctors are busy, and my medical circumstances are unresolved as yet, the doctors at this surgery always show care and compassion in any communication. This helps you feel better regardless of whether you actually are! Thank you
