All of the doctors,nurses and receptionists are so caring and supportive. My youngest daughters had a lot of problems and I struggle with anxiety. Every time I’ve seen or spoken to a doctor or nurse they have been so patient with me as I go into panic attacks. I’ve even received extra phone calls which shouldn’t have been needed when I’ve had panic attacks and everyone has always been so kind and caring. Thank you all so so much

The recent negative press Peverell Park surgery has received lately saddens, me and I believe it’s unjust. Less patients have been seen face to face as the triage system works effectively. As a patient with complex health issues, I have always been seen face to face, if deemed clinically necessary and in a timely fashion. All the clinical staff and administrative staff including receptionists have always been professional, kind and polite. All have excellent interpersonal skills and are always empathetic. I have total confidence in their expertise and knowledge. The practice is efficient. There isn’t a clinician that I would not be happy to see or speak to. It’s important to remember that the highly skilled team always prioritise patient safety. A Dr I have recently been treated by, went above and beyond, assessing me, planning my care and treating me. He has been incredibly sympathetic and kind and I am humbled by the care I’ve received from him. Whenever I have requested a female GP for ‘women’s issues’ that has always been accommodated. The practice has always treated me holistically this is important. The new revised e-consult is simple to use. There is the option for people without computer access to phone the surgery. That has always been the case. The practice has been exceptional when delivering care to my son. Pitching advice and giving clear advice and explanations at his level. I would like people to be aware how negative comments on social media and in the press could effect the staff. It could be soul destroying and demoralising for staff to read negative hateful comments ‘on line’. Everyone has a right to raise any grievance they have, but it would be more useful to individuals to do this through the proper channels instead of social media. Negative comments online not only has a negative impact on staff ,but can make people who read comments feel worried and insecure. Potentially they might fear they are not receiving adequate care. Please always be mindful that the Practice Staff are human beings with feelings, families and life outside work. Any abuse towards staff verbal or otherwise is never acceptable.

Immediate response to my request. Same day face-to-face consultation. Clear professional diagnosis and treatment. Follow up blood test arranged. Same professional treatment. The quality of care at this practice is second to none.

This is possibly the best practice I have ever belonged to. I don't often do reviews but I do believe they are a 5 star organisation. No matter how often you call they are always polite and helpful, no matter how much advice and help you need, it is always given, if you need face to face it is never refused, they always go that step beyond, that extra mile. You are never made to feel a nuisance. Everything is always explained, honestly and patiently. I doubt I could get a better practice anywhere. Peverell Park surgery is the epitome of a five star practice.

I can’t recommend this practice enough. A great service was provided from the receptionist checking me in - to the nurse who took my bloods. Thank you.

Having experienced pains in my stomach for awhile, I needed to contact the surgery. On speaking to a Care Advisor, followed by a call from the Doctor, I was then given an appointment for a blood test, followed by a face to face consultation with a Doctor. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. I was put at my ease, and reassured. This is an excellent practice that I attend. They could not be any better!

Brilliant advice and excellent service when planning a long trip away, needing meds and updated vaccinations. Very helpful and friendly team, can't recommend bhighly enough. Brilliant all round!
