Such a caring surgery .nothing ever seems to be too much trouble ,and everyone goes well out of their way to be helpful . Had a call from a doctor yesterday so helpful and kind and did their best to help resolve my problem .Been a patient for many years and the care has always been wonderful. Thankyou all .

The Nurse turned a much dreaded appointment into one that was easy. Her extremely knowledgeable, scientific and logical approach put me at ease. They are also always incredibly nice at this surgery too.

Jo the practice nurse was reassuring calm and very professional Excellent service I would always recommend this surgery as one of the best in Plymouth A few weeks ago myself and my husband had our flu jabs here and it was no problem all very straightforward

As I said above, very helpful and friendly staff. Very responsive. Clean and tidy. Never had any issues with dealing with them.

I recently joined as a patient to this practice and have been seriously impressed with their patient care. Phone calls are answered swiftly and dealt with promptly. My visits to the surgery have been a pleasure and I've always felt well looked after by all staff. My most recent appointment was with the Practice Nurse who fully advised me on the procedure to be undertaken and kept me feeling calm throughout. I recommended the practice to my family and my elderly father has received the same level of excellent care. Thanks to all those involved at this practice for being a shining light in the world of GP surgeries!

I spoke to a Dr on the phone today regarding a change of prescription. She really listened to my concerns and it was a huge relief to be treated with empathy and respect. I am grateful that she took her time to answer my queries and suggest some welcome changes. Thank you

Never felt to be rushed. Both in person or via online. Issues investigated promptly. Myself and family have had excellent care for over 15yrs. All staff members professional, polite and helpful.

Diabetic review. Such a supporting diabetic nurse took the time & effort to talk through treatment options. Very knowledgeable past on the information I needed. Felt listened to and understood my thoughts. Felt at easy. Went away feeling good 😊
