Used the online service uploaded a photo got a call back within a few hours and invited in that afternoon to see the GP.

I’ve been so impressed with the service since joining the surgery a few months ago. Staff always answer the phone and are so friendly. I have always received prompt call backs or an appointment following an e-consult. I would definitely recommend this surgery to those in the area, it’s the best GP service I have had in years. Thank you!

I have had to have a lot of contact with the practice over the last few months and I must say at every point of contact they have been fantastic. If I have needed to be seen it has been same day and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thank you

I have been with Peverell park surgery for 9 years, they always addressed my concerns accordingly. Very polite and friendly. Always answer the phone and explain the next steps needed to get an appointment. Excellent service. We are very lucky to be registered with you. Keep up the good work, we really appreciate it.

Over the past three days I have witnessed a professional, caring and extremely supportive service. From my initial phone call to seeing speaking and visiting the GP,s at the practice.

Yesterday I attended the practise for the first time since moving to the area for my 2nd Smear Test. Although my appointment was 20 minutes late. The nurse that I had was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable about the procedure I was about to have done. She explained everything thoroughly before carrying out the procedure and then the actual procedure only took about 5 minutes it was over so quickly. I am glad to be a part of this surgery , As I am new to the area. Thankyou Peverell Park Surgery Team

I cannot express how I feel to be going to this surgery. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and Dr's. During these hard times it's nice to be able to have confidence in this surgeries services.
