Have never had any problems contacting the service and always received good care and support. Questions are dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. When required call backs have always been received as agreed.

Within the working restrictions of the GP practices now, this is just the best. You can call and they answer or they do call you back, you can walk into their clean and welcoming practice to be seen face to face, they smile when they see you and care you are ok. Thank you for not making me feel like any trouble. Having just been here 6 months, I wish I had moved over years ago.

Following an online question to my surgery I had a very prompt response from my GP. I received a five minute telephone call explaining absolutely everything I needed to know. I cannot praise the doctors and staff enough at Peverell Park Surgery. Thank you.

I had an appointment with a GP who listened to me and took my health concerns seriously. He arranged referrals for further testing and took the time to be both empathetic and reassuring. I felt valued and heard. I have had blood tests with the nursing staff as well as an ECG and they could not have been kinder, more professional or empathetic. I am so pleased to have been accepted as a patient at such an excellent practice.

The call waiting to access the surgery was reasonable with queue waiting clear and the reception questions were understandable. The doctor call back was pro active and caring. The appointment was next day , the doctor was efficient and caring with clear next step actions and programmed call back in 7 days . All next action appointments were sent to me within 2 hours for me to book . With all the negative rhetoric about doctors surgeries being shared on social media I can only say the experience I have had was excellent.

As with all my experiences since joining this practice, I have had consistently good appointments with whom ever I have seen. When action has been needed, either by the practitioner or given the means to do things myself. This has been done. Huge improvement from previous practice. And listened to and not felt as though I was stupid, a nuisance or that they want me to hurry up and leave. Patients all want to be treated as the clinicians and there own families would want to be treated. This is absolutely vital.

Professional, kind, helpful and amazing quality of doctors with different qualifications to help everyone who needs help. Immaculate Surgery and reception staff are so well qualified and always make sure you get an appointment or call back from the doctor. Just brilliant.
