I have never had a problem getting a face to face appointment, no crazy waiting times and phone call appointments are always within the given timeframe. The doctors, nurses and staff are all very helpful and non judgmental. Very clued up on women’s health and menopause and very happy to help.

l have mobility issués.My sister was invited to have an inoculation, asked if l could also have an appt. thus facilitating access for me.This was done.Upon arrival l enquired about an additional jab,not a problem.I was able to receive both.Exçellent and accommodating.

I am very lucky to belong to what I feel is one of the best surgeries in Plymouth. They are professional, caring and reassuring putting the patient at the heart of everything they do. I feel very cared for and valued by Peverell Park Surgery.

This practice is a revelation, phone calls are returned promptly; appointments can be made even at short notice; their follow-up on visits to give results and discuss issues is brilliant. The website works well. In short, all gp practices should aim to be this good. The staff always take care to explain results, proposals for treatment and next steps.

Thank you for great care again today- The nurse I saw was amazing, needed a doctors opinion- GP arrived within a few minutes and examined thoroughly. Thank you - we are so lucky to have your surgery looking after us

One has to try really hard to interact with one's preferred GP. The practice appears to actively discourage this, despite evidence that this leads to the best outcomes. The phlebotomist I saw was pleasant, quick and efficient. The music in the waiting room was very annoying and did nothing to prevent the conversations at the reception desk being audible to all.

The experience I have had in the last few weeks have been brilliant everything went well with samples and test results can’t complain staff have been fantastic aswell
