The Stables surgery in Peverell is very up to date with all forms of communication and the staff are always very efficient and professional.

Thank you for great care again today- The nurse I saw was amazing, needed a doctors opinion- GP arrived within a few minutes and examined thoroughly. Thank you - we are so lucky to have your surgery looking after us

One has to try really hard to interact with one's preferred GP. The practice appears to actively discourage this, despite evidence that this leads to the best outcomes. The phlebotomist I saw was pleasant, quick and efficient. The music in the waiting room was very annoying and did nothing to prevent the conversations at the reception desk being audible to all.

The experience I have had in the last few weeks have been brilliant everything went well with samples and test results can’t complain staff have been fantastic aswell

I went in for a smear, whilst telling nurse of other symptoms I got a callback from doctor, I had another appointment within the same day for a urine test followed by a blood test the following day. Super fast service. I cannot fault them.

I used the online referral system e consult & was contacted within the same day offering a video consultation with push doctor which I booked the following Saturday morning. The video consultation was very efficient & diagnosed my problem giving me reassurance & peace of mind. The doctor liaised with my surgery & requested tests & I received a phone call 2 days later to make an appointment for the following day for the test. The results from that test were phoned though to me within 2 hours. Extremely efficient service and all staff were kind & very professional. I cannot fault my experience and thank all staff involved.

Professional and thorough. Put at ease and different procedures explained. Polite and welcoming. Waiting time minimal. All staff that I spoke to were very polite

This GP surgery really should get the recognition it deserves. Despite the immense pressures our poor GP’s are under at the moment the GP’s I have come across at this surgery have been nothing short of helpful and supportive. I have always had prompt responses from econsults or admin enquiries within the timescales promised. I have always felt so listened to and supported whenever I have needed to use the service for either myself or my child. The admin staff have always been polite and seem to want to really help you as much as they can. I genuinely want to send massive thanks to the practice for all your hard work and to let you know that your community really appreciate it.

I was dealt with at the surgery by two nurses one who was training they were both excellent I phoned in the morning the receptionist got me in that morning everything was done effectively
