I went in for a smear, whilst telling nurse of other symptoms I got a callback from doctor, I had another appointment within the same day for a urine test followed by a blood test the following day. Super fast service. I cannot fault them.

I used the online referral system e consult & was contacted within the same day offering a video consultation with push doctor which I booked the following Saturday morning. The video consultation was very efficient & diagnosed my problem giving me reassurance & peace of mind. The doctor liaised with my surgery & requested tests & I received a phone call 2 days later to make an appointment for the following day for the test. The results from that test were phoned though to me within 2 hours. Extremely efficient service and all staff were kind & very professional. I cannot fault my experience and thank all staff involved.

Professional and thorough. Put at ease and different procedures explained. Polite and welcoming. Waiting time minimal. All staff that I spoke to were very polite

This GP surgery really should get the recognition it deserves. Despite the immense pressures our poor GP’s are under at the moment the GP’s I have come across at this surgery have been nothing short of helpful and supportive. I have always had prompt responses from econsults or admin enquiries within the timescales promised. I have always felt so listened to and supported whenever I have needed to use the service for either myself or my child. The admin staff have always been polite and seem to want to really help you as much as they can. I genuinely want to send massive thanks to the practice for all your hard work and to let you know that your community really appreciate it.

I was dealt with at the surgery by two nurses one who was training they were both excellent I phoned in the morning the receptionist got me in that morning everything was done effectively

I know how quickly the NHS are slated in the current day so I just had to send a message of commendation for such a great surgery! This week, I was asked to collect my 4yo daughter from nursery at 16:15 due to her having a high temperature (40degrees). By 18:05 we were leaving the pharmacy. In less than two hours I had spoken with a lovely receptionist, had a triage phone call from a nurse, been invited into the surgery for an appointment, seen face to face with the nurse practitioner, and consequently been given a prescription. The speed of service and level of care we always experience at Peverell Park is exemplary and I am so thankful we chose this surgery when our previous one closed. I will never look back!

Following an econsult today 8/5/23 I was phoned by a male GP who has been supporting me through a terrible time. I’m so grateful and humbled by his compassion and and professionalism. I always feel so much better after speaking to him about my treatment plan. Thank you so much you are so valued.

Went to surgery with prostate worries, gp arranged ct scan mri and the hospital arranged biopsy. Cancer was found, but localised, had it removed end September, just imagine how worse this would be if the gp or I had prevaricated!!!!! Excellent work, well done, Peverell park.
