I was seen same day I rang,amazing consult,understood how poorly I feel and went above and beyond to get me the tests I needed,she listened and at no point did I feel rushed ,I'm truly lucky to have such a amazing practice, everyone works as a team to provide the best outcome x

Always prompt response. Polite helpful reception. Phone calls from Doctor had a kind voice & had further blood test suggestion.

Called the surgery feeling poorly today. Receptionist was compassionate and sent me an econsult to fill in. I then had a call back within 30 minutes.The lady was very thorough and listened. She explained what she was prescribing and told me what to do if I continued being in pain over the Bank Holiday. My prescription was ready within the hour. Thank you Peverell Park Surgery

Since joining this practice we have had nothing but excellent service from all areas. The reception staff are so pleasant and helpful. The nurses and doctors also. We feel now we are in good hands in a practice that is working so efficiently. The care of the doctors is so reassuring.

I have never had other than prompt and caring treatment from this practice, even throughout the pandemic. The medical professionals are willing to discuss my concerns with me and present options, where appropriate.

Recently did an econsult for my daughter, expecting it to take a few days, the following morning I felt she had actually improved (it was a minor issue with her eyes), so I rang in to cancel the call back. Despite this (having reviewed my photos) a Dr contacted me to prescribe eye drops, arranging for the prescription to be sent to our allocated pharmacy. I collected them within a couple of hours. As always the response to econsult was good and I was really pleased. Thank you.

A first rate practice,after my recent visit, I could not fault any the treatment I received from ,the Nurse who was fantastic so friendly, and so knowledgeable as where all the staff at this practice ,well done to all for making it a pleasure to visit.

As always, kind & efficient. Phone contact when surgery shut good. Prompt face to face appointment next morning & referral. What more can you ask. The best!

I phoned the prescriptions helpline this morning and was answered by a young gentleman. He was so helpful and patient with this octogenarian and solved my problem immediately. As I said to him, "thankyou so much you are an angel, you've put my mind at rest" Thankyou Peverell Park Surgery.

I have always been able to contact the practice and speak to a doctor if necessary. If any of my results have been untowards they've contacted me as soon as possible.
