I called three days ago, received a same day appointment, seen within the hour and then results back within two days. I’m always impressed with how efficient and friendly a service my drs deliver. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

No long queue when I first phoned. Efficient service and the Doctor phoned much quicker than I expected. Seen by a Doctor in the afternoon. Despite negative experiences in the media mine was very positive.

We had a problem with a hospital referral where the chosen hospital's attitude was that we were "out of area". This was in spite of the fact that patients have the legal right to ask for an appointment to be moved to a different provider if the wait time would be longer than the maximum specified. Riverbank staff went above and beyond to sort this. I can't praise them enough.

My first visit as a new patient has been very good. Professional greeting and very helpful on the reception. Had an appointment with the nurse, again very professional and extremely helpful. Very happy with my great experience, thank -you.

Competent professional caring and comprehensive, all aspects of my health needs addressed. Listening to the tales of woe that appear regularly in the media it brings home the reality of how good our surgery is. Thank you all so much.

Saw my GP about an ailment. Surgery waiting area was clean and quiet. Was seen to within 5 minutes of appointment time. GP was thorough, although did seem a bit hurried, but we covered all areas I needed to discuss.

The receptionists are always helpful and when I speak to or see the doctor I always get professional, expert advice and diagnosis if possible. I feel very lucky to have such an excellent gp practice
