My first visit as a new patient has been very good. Professional greeting and very helpful on the reception. Had an appointment with the nurse, again very professional and extremely helpful. Very happy with my great experience, thank -you.

Competent professional caring and comprehensive, all aspects of my health needs addressed. Listening to the tales of woe that appear regularly in the media it brings home the reality of how good our surgery is. Thank you all so much.

Saw my GP about an ailment. Surgery waiting area was clean and quiet. Was seen to within 5 minutes of appointment time. GP was thorough, although did seem a bit hurried, but we covered all areas I needed to discuss.

The receptionists are always helpful and when I speak to or see the doctor I always get professional, expert advice and diagnosis if possible. I feel very lucky to have such an excellent gp practice

My young son's named GP (Dr H) recently initiated a referral extremely promptly, enabling a prompt and thorough review in secondary care. Having moved to Midhurst last year I only have positive things to say about the whole Riverbank Team who have been consistently caring, kind and clinically effective.

I've been served by them consistently well for the past 4 years. So happy to be on the receiving end of their care: excellent doctors, nurses, and reception staff. Very old school, truly caring! Thank you!

My call was returned by my nominated GP within a short period of time and after outlining my problem I was offered an appointment later the same morning. At no point did I feel rushed and everything was explained to my satisfaction. I left the medical centre with an appointment made for further tests and a prescription to collect. This has been our experience over the last few years and my husband and I feel that we are fortunate to have this level of service in our town.

Your website is almost dysfunctional You send text messages saying there’s a message for me on your website and it is impossible to log in and find where this is or where the messages are stored When you Google Riverbank Surgery log in the only result that appears is for new patients Please please please tell patients where to log in or send the link!!!

I received a telephone consultation within the time frame given by the receptionist, it was from my own GP and she called me in for a face to face consultation on the same day. I was thoroughly examined and prescribed medication required to treat my condition
