Had to attend an appointment, check in machine was not working properly , so I had to go to the Receptionist who was very polite and helpful. This goes a long way if you’re not feeling your best 😊

I arrived 10 mins before my appointment because I didn’t been to the new surgery before, so I wasn’t very pleased to wait 20 mins after my appointment before I was called in, what’s the point in having a new big practice with lots more rooms and still not going in on time, it’s not very fair when you have a limited lunch break to make these visits

Dear patient thank you for your comments. Unfortunately yesterday at 10:30am - 11:46am our computer system went down causing a delay in all clinics, patients who were already in surgery were advised of the delay. I can only apologise that you were not notified of the delay on arrival I will speak to the reception team regarding this. All comments are discussed in our practice meeting with all staff. My experience was 5***** always is, Nurses and Receptionist was top notch, and always are.. The room is always clean and fresh, and greeted in a lovely manner and thorough appointment, kept me informed on everything, highly recommended

Getting an appointment at this surgary is a joke. I was referred to the hospital for tests and after the test I had to wait 3 weeks for a telephone appointment to discuss my results with GP. Better of being dead rather than waiting that long for an appointment

Dear patient. I am sorry you were not able to arrange an appointment sooner with the GP to discuss your results. If you would like to contact the surgery and speak to the manager she would be more than happy to investigate this for you. Any routine appointments can be arranged up to 6 week in advance with the GP's. As I do not know the circumstances around this appointment request I cannot comment but as mentioned above if you would like to contact the surgery we can look into this for you.

Due to the global IT issue surgery kept me informed as to why appointments were cancelled but they assured me they would contact me as soon as situation is resolved
