Excellent staff,very polite and helpful. Lovely building and atmosphere. Appointment update on the screens are very Clear and also visible. Car parking is good on arrival.

Asked If i would like a telephone appointment. Doctor rang me with in a few hours and sorted it all over the phone. Quick and easy, no problem. Big Thumbs up for me.

The staff were professional and attended to the needs of individuals excellently. It was a great experience and I will have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend such services going forward.

A day after completing an on-line consultation I received a phone call making an appointment for blood tests, and was assured as soon as the results were back the Doctor would consider the best action to take

Spoke with Dr verma,very nice and seems very polite,told me what I needed to know and what was going to happen next,very informative 👍,didn't rush or try and get off the call like other drs I've spoke to,(not at this practice ) overall very satisfied with my choice of moving to this practice

I wasn't seen until 35 minutes after my appointment time and I was in the surgery for a further 45 minutes after this. I was not happy with the efficiency of my appointment. If I didn't have 3 of us to fill in paperwork for, I would have found a new surgery.

I phoned for an appointment the person on reception was so lovely. She listened and directed me to the right service. I needed a telephone consultation as my mum is housebound, I felt listened to. I also had a lovely GP call me, she listened and provide advice, put my mind at rest. I really appreciate your support and want to thank you for your help.

Problem with system crashing had to rearrange my appointment as slot went over my time by an hour and couldn't wait any longer , but receptionist was lovely,really helpful.

I saw my nurse, she called me in on time, she advised me on something I wasn’t there to speak about and talked me thru what she was doing and very thorough, always pleasant, polite and considerate
