I have had 6 visits to the nurse over the last few weeks on the GP request. Both nurses showed compassion, care and genuine consideration for treatment given. Appointments were allocated in line with my needs and waiting times were minimal. The receptionists were also helpful and friendly.

I have good experience from admin, Gp and Nurses. The practice was well staffed and on time with services. Majority of the admin were friendly, entertaining and works professionally. The Doctors were excellent, skilled and on time. I had my cervical smear and it was done skilfully by the Nurse. She was kind and empathetic. Excellent service overall.

I am always able to speak to someone on the phone if needed. Anytime I attend an appointment either for myself or my children I am seen on time and given excellent care. The staff, nurses and doctors really care and put in great effort.

Staff have always been helpful, including helping me get my blood test referral when I had previously been told I'd have to travel a long way while sick to get it.

Thank you for your comments, I will pass them onto the Reception Team, I am sure they will appreciate them. The Receptionists have a difficult time with 17,000 patients to help and sometimes patients find it frustrating when the surgery is busy. Practice Manager

It was very Easy to book an appointment to see the nurse: by phone and saw her the following day. The nurse was great and it was a painless procedure.

Thank you Anne for your comments. We knew that during the pandemic the cytology lab was closed for some time and there was a backlog, so when the lab re-opened we employed a second nurse to try and catch up. It seems to be working and we are pleased to help and I am glad you appreciated the service. Practice Manager

I made an appointment this morning and was given a same day appointment for two different appointments. The waiting time was not long for both appointments and one was rescheduled By the doctor to fit closer around the first appointment. Both doctors I saw were extremely helpful and patient. The doctor who saw me for the cervical swap smear check was extremely patient and talked me through the entire procedure before and during and also asked if I had any questions after. The doctor I saw for the GP appointment was extremely helpful by rebooking the initial appointment and was communicative about any changes there might be. During the appointment the doctor was thorough and very helpfully communicated next steps in a very clear way. The staff at reception were very helpful, first by sending the link to male an appointment and during the appointment check in process. Thank you very much!

I am so glad you had a good experience with both our Receptionists and doctors. We do and try to accommodate patients where possible. We aim to give patients an appointment within 48 hours but if we can we will give you one on the same day. I will feed back the information to the Receptionists and the doctors, thank you Practice Manager

Was in stress before visit but after visit Feel relaxed as was thoroughly checked by my doctor I am satisfied with the customer service and practice by my doctor as he checked me properly which made me relaxed

I 5 seizures on the weekend and was admitted to hospital. I was referred to my GP and have been trying to get an appointment since but they keep telling me they’re fully booked. I get sent the link only to go onto it and for it to say they’re fully booked and to come back tomorrow. I have receptionists telling me “not to be rude” when I’m frustrated and seizures can be life threatening and it’s not being taken seriously. I was told yesterday I would receive a call from the doctor and never received it and have been told the same thing todsy which probably will not happen. If you can, do not use this doctors as they do not offer face to face appointments or even keep to their phone schedule. You can’t possibly expect patients to believe that between 9am when phone calls for appointments start and 6:30pm when they end are fully booked at 8:20, it’s wrong and peoples health is being put at risk constantly by a poorly run doctors surgery. This doctors needs reform immediately
