I spoke with a GP about my mum’s health in early October and they asked the social prescriber to call me regarding help for my mum. She was so very helpful. I can’t recommend her enough. The GP I spoke to on that occasion was great too. I wasn’t expecting much from the social prescriber but I’m very grateful to him. The social prescriber went above and beyond to help having recognised that the current situation is very difficult. I was very grateful for her help and for her following up too, and all the useful advice and information she gave on the phone and via email. She’s an asset to the practice as was the GP who I spoke to that day.

I have been having issues with urinary tracked infections since beginning of the year. This will be my third episode of it this year. I just get fobbed off with anti biotics. The clinician I spoke to this morning said i have only had it once before. I explained that earlier this year i had to go A & E because of severe pain I was precribed anti biotics. I don’t understand why there are no further investigations I was just told to take more antibiotics and await culture results. This is not what the nhs guidelines suggests for recurrent UTI. Nobody cares !

I apologise that you have presented with the same condition 3 times this year and you feel that no one cares about your recurrent UTI. I show that several tests have been carried out for you and the results have come back as normal and stating no further action required. A Physician Associate who saw me today really does go out of her way to help you. She is extremely professional and efficient along with a warm and caring approach which is all very, very reassuring when you are unwell.

I called to the practice and was given an appointment later on the same day. The nurse was excellent and dealt with my hearing issue immediately, she also called in the skin care specialist to look at suspicious growths and I was referred to a cancer clinic. Both staff were superb, I was treated as a person, not just a medical problem. I cannot speak highly enough of these professionals, well done, thank you to both!

I have no problems in getting an appointment to see a doctor. I had an appointment on the 9th Doctor took time with me and was very thorough was happy with my appointment.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the incredible support I received from one of the reception staff at my local GP surgery. I had been missing my review appointments and felt awful about it, so I was determined to make my next one. However, when I called, I had also just missed a phone call from the surgery, and at the same time, I was feeling completely overwhelmed about something unrelated—something to do with my son and his homework. When I spoke to the gentleman at reception, I was having a bit of a meltdown. Looking back, it might not have been a huge deal, but at the time, it felt like everything was piling up. Instead of brushing me off or simply booking my appointment, he took the time to calm me down, listen, and help me feel better about the situation. He reassured me about my missed appointments but also emphasized their importance in a way that didn’t make me feel guilty—just supported. He even made sure my new appointment was at a time that I wouldn’t miss again. What really stood out was that he didn’t have to do any of this. His job was simply to schedule my appointment, but he went above and beyond, showing genuine care for my well-being. He didn’t dismiss my worries as irrelevant—he took the time to help me feel better and ensure both myself and the surgery were looked after. Before I even stepped into the surgery, I already felt supported, thanks to him. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference, and I am incredibly grateful. Thank you!

The Check in at the given date and time was very welcoming and efficient . The short waiting time was punctuated with frequent attention and follow up by the staff. The clinical staff was quite warm and prompt in recording patient history and then conducting the required health checks and samples for lab tests. Resassuring at every step and then ensuring quick followups and updates.All in all an exemplary Practice worth emulating by others in the NHS footprint.

A wonderful Pharmacist helped myself and my son with an enquiry which was quite complex. So professional and helpful and she listened intently to my concerns. The clinical pharmacist who called me to check about medications I'd ordered as I was going on holiday overseas was great, and did all the necessary checks whilst helping me to get what I needed as quickly and smoothly as possible. His manner was professional and he was very helpful.
