I came to the surgery today and had a smear . The nurse was amazing, put me at ease . She talked through everything, and made sure I was completely comfortable. Not a great thing to have, but made easier by her manner . Thankyou

After my mistake of forgetting to take the relevant forms for a blood test this HCA went out of her way to fit me in the next day for the tests required by the hospital within a few days. She saw me promptly and has an efficient but very friendly way of treating her patients which makes what could be an unpleasant experience into a bearable one.

Visited the Surgery today after speaking to a receptionist who sent me a link to ask for an appointment by completing a form online. In less than an hour, I was offered a face to face with a GP. The doctor I saw was fantastic…I’ve seen him once before, he was kind, reassuring, thorough and can’t thank him enough. Also saw a wonderful nurse too for an ECG. As always, left the surgery feeling I had been listened to and un-rushed; sound advice too. Thank you

The nurse that saw me was extremely kind and friendly. She helped me through my fear of needles, and the whole experience was pain free, I felt that at ease I thanked her for taking my bloods . Through the whole series of tests she explained what she was doing and why and what the next steps would be. She truly is a credit to the NHS.

I have taken my Nan to several appointments at Stourport Medical Centre during Aug and I am impressed. I have interacted with 2 Drs a nurse and several staff on reception and all have been a pleasure to speak with. All staff have shown compassion, care and importantly the service is well organised. I am a patient at a surgery in Kidderminster and would happily transfer (if I could) to this surgery for the efficient service. I dread contacting my Drs, as it takes hours to get through and I've had appointments cancelled and mixed up. Thank you to the staff at Stourport for providing a pleasant, hassle free experience. The new centre also offers moderm pleasant surroundings.

I went in for a procedure that was performed efficiently and kindly by the nurse. My appointment was on time and she put me at ease, making the procedure painless and complete in just a couple of minutes. Very impressed with how professionally the staff at this practice work and how quickly I could arrange the appointment and be seen.

Visited for a routine smear test, the nurse who took care of me was so unbelievably lovely and kind. She was extremely professional and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She was very accommodating and explained everything fully to me. I didn’t feel rushed or just a number. I feel like she went above and beyond, which is much appreciated during such an awkward appointment. :)

An extremely caring and kind nurse performed my smear. Brilliant explanations and done very quickly without any discomfort. The best I've had and I very much hope to have the same nurse next time.
