GP appointment - welcomed by friendly receptionist . GP reassuring , listened to my concerns , offered advice and explained things well with a summing up of plan/ ongoing tests. Friendly and professional

Seen quickly by the GP, dealt with gracefully and effectively and reassured and medication previously was ready. Reception staff were kind and helpful

Decor is a bit dated, but clean and presentable. Receptionist was nice and the doctor was great at explaining what was wrong how to help cure ailment. Tiny car park, easier to park out on main road.

As always the service and care I received from Sutton Benger practice was excellent. The members of staff go above and beyond and never make you feel that you are wasting their time. Which has not always been my experience with other local doctor surgeries. Ever member of staff show that they care.

This surgery is very small and welcoming. It feels a lot more user friendly than the larger surgeries and I would be happy to use it again

Had an appointment to review results of tests and this dr , who was new to me, stood out because he gave me time, made me feel he cared about about my health and welfare and explained everything very carefully to me. This stood out because it is unusual nowadays. This sort of good practice needs to be seen more often.

The GP I saw was knowledgeable, listened to what I had to say. I was in pain but was examined in a caring and professional manner. She is always seeking feedback to ensure you understand what is required to achieve a speedy recovery.

A fantastic GP that provides a perfect service all round. Very quick response times, hardly any wait for appointments (a couple of days average), appointment times are kept to even in the afternoon and all the staff are lovely. I cannot recommend this GP highly enough.

The doctor was great! Had obviously taken trouble to read my medical history and discuss anything I wanted. She also was happy that I used private consultants for various conditions which some NHS doctors are edgy about. Positive experience.
