My tests were not clear.Iwas given 3seperate tests to be sure Then a quick appointment The doctor explained carefully and made sure I had appropriate treatment Thank you

The person I saw took great interest in my health, more than others have.She was prepared to listen and took notes.I have already seen that she has put wheels in motion to try a resolve issues that have been going on for months.I feel I can trust her and that I won’t have to keep chasing the surgery to see what is happening or not as it has been

The call back phone system is really great now and the Drs and nurses are so helpful, kind and patient. I have had to see 2 different Drs over the past 6 months for different complaints and have nothing but praise for them, so hard working and still willing to listen and try to get to the ottom of my problems. So thank you Sutton Benger's Surgery I give you all 10 out of 10.

My appointment was with a GP for medication review. I was extremely impressed with the very caring approach of the doctor who took the time to listen to me and note any concerns I had and made sure I was at the right point in my recovery making sure I knew there was help and support if I needed it.

After a call with 111 we needed a face to face appointment with the doctor for our son (age 10). The referral went to Sutton benger at 10pm Sunday evening as their “system wasn’t turned on” for 111 to book us the appointment directly. Traveled to the surgery at 8.30am Monday morning, to confirm appointment, only to be told we could have a pharmacist call back (not in line with 111 guidance) after explaining their duty of care to see my son within 12 hours of the referral I was told to wait a “call back” for an appointment. It took three chasers and an additional call to 111 before gaining an appointment which was 19 hours after the required appointment to take place in line with the 111 clinician call. Not the first time we have had atrocious experience of waiting for appointments and lack of efficient communication from the bookings team. The GP was lovely and really friendly with our son, but unfortunately the prescription could not be obtained due to the late hour of the appointment… so again another delay in getting medicine for my son.

The doctors have always been fab and very helpful but it is normally so challenging to communicate with the practice and obtain an appointment. This time things had much improved- the phone lines are better, admin staff very helpful and we were offered a same day telephone pharmacy appointment with follow up doctors appointment soon after. Hoping that the service continues with this level of improvement!
