Very nice friendly staff. Very efficient. My complaint is having to converse with the receptionist through the Perspex screen ( which I understand that) who is sitting in the far corner of the office behind her screens. It means both have to talk loudly and consequently anyone in the room overhears your private business. I know this is the case as I can hear what others are saying when I’m sitting in the waiting area. Very much not ideal.

Very friendly, precise and reassuring. I needed a prescription and although the practice pharmacy was closed I was informed my medication could be collected from a nearby pharmacy.

Needed reassurance after ankle replacement surgery following some discomfort. Easy to get appointment with the nurse and reassurance provided

I always feel I am being treated with respect and given good service. My last experience was a phone consultation from the specialist nirsr at the practice. She was exceptional in her knowledge of my condition. The receptionists too are very polite and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

Getting an appointment was difficult and stressful. Wasting my time and the surgery's staff time. Surely as a patient I know if I need to see a doctor face to face not someone sat at a desk. Eventually 2 weeks later get to see a doctor who agreed I needed face to face appointment as my leg needed to be check. He was very apologetic about issue I had booking an appointment and was very good and reassuring regarding my injury. So rubbish appointment system but fab doctor.

The doctor was very pleasant & helpful & gave me a prescription for my ear infection & informed me that I was eligible to use their pharmacy. The pharmacist did not have it in stock & told me she would order it & ring me to tell me when to collect. A week later no word so I went back to the surgery & was informed that I was not registered with their pharmacy & that it was (still) out of stock. The receptionist said that I would have to go to Morrisons & sent the product details to my phone. Just do not understand what is going on there not impressed.

I was surprised how good the experience was. I was seen on time, in a very relaxed environment. The gp was attentive and the receptionist was outstandingly efficient.
