Very friendly and helpful staff . Good atmosphere with other patients coming in for appointments doctors and nurses quick and efficient.

Welcomed and analysed,Confirmed and treated efficiently and with care. I was told treatment would yield results within a day or so and as I had had similar problems in the past there was a good chance this was the right one don’t worry and call if there are still problems

Receptionist was welcoming. The reception area was clean and tidy. The doctor I saw was thorough and empathetic. They clearly went through options for me and I left more knowledgable about my issues and a plan moving forwards.

I have not seen a GP in person for a considerable time. Personnel have completely changed. I was seen on time and did not feel hurried. The GP listened and clearly ran through options. I felt I was being holistically assessed rather than a focus on one aspect. My concerns at the end of the appointment are: I am left to chase up a hospital consultant; medication was the first suggestion for 2 issues even though I am already on a number of tablets; the family history on my notes was significantly incorrect leading to inappropriate risk factors. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to book another appointment at reception rather than the online or telephone palava.
