    Very efficient & friendly service. Listened carefully to my concerns, resulting in a follow up appointment with a specialist to help diagnose the root cause of my condition. Was kept informed of the actions being taken via a text from the surgery, received within 30 mins of my visit. First class service

    Probably the most extensive conversation I have ever had with a doctor. The doctor gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions and gave suitable responses. The only negative was it was almost a 20 mile round trip, when there are surgeries much closer.

    Very welcoming and even though the nurse was behind I didn’t feel rushed. I’ve never been to that practice before and it did take me half hour to get there when normally it would tame 10 minutes, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back as it was a lovely welcoming place to go.

    This consultation was the best I have had at this practice since the merger with Beversbrook. I felt listened to and reassured. It is the first time I have been able to make an appointment without a huge fight.

    Trying to get an appointment was difficult. System needs changing. Phone back is not always convenient. Waited 1 1/2 hours on phone in a queue, then told someone would ring me with an appointment. It would have been good to be given an appointment at that time. Didn’t realise that I wouldn’t get a phone call to book within 24 hours. Took 2 weeks to being given appointment which was on the phone, then had to wait 2 weeks for face to face appointment. Doctor was attentive and listened to my concerns. Suggested medication I can take. Reassured me.

    Whenever I have called in at Sutton Benger Surgery, the staff have never failed to be polite, friendly and upbeat. I have been given due attention in an easy going and helpful way. If there is an area for improvement, it is the access to see a GP. Whether I telephone, message or call in, the result is that I have to await a text message informing me of the date, time and location of the appointment. There is no choice about this and when I have asked for the option to vary the timing, I am told the only option available to me is to cancel the appointment. This would leave me having to start the whole process again, which has taken 24 days in the past. The only other organisation that seems to adopt this approach are the Law Courts. Please can some flexibility be made available?

    Attended medication review as requested by surgery (2 months late). Receptionist polite and Nurse friendly and professional, so overall a good experience. Ruined by a text chastising me for Not attending and a warning, followed a few minutes later with an apology. Thanks for the apology but this mishap should Not have happened. Human error I'm afraid, someone forgot to mark my attendance and the computer responded as only computers do. Overall getting better, still annoyed at the short sightedness of not making a fuller, better use of Sutton Benger surgery. And where are all my Sutton Benger Dr's and Receptionists of old?

    Wanted a second opinion with my health issues and the doctor this time and first time did not do any test just what they think and what a computer says, I am in pain daily for years now and had enough of this surgery not listening to me I got issues which keeps me awake at night doctors eint listen

    Very helpful , polite and friendly staff. Had no problems booking an appointment. No problems ordering a repeat prescription and am informed by text message when it is ready for collection.
