Contact by email from me was followed up with a phone call and, as was needed, a face to face appointment. This is a relatively new way of doing things but it works well. The appointment was very good with excellent advice and treatment suggested

Appointment booked for 10:30, arrived at 10:25, in on time, fast and efficient appointment and great advice. Friendly doctor who makes the whole experience easy. I can’t remember the name of the GP I saw but he’s always great so if you could pass on my thanks that would be brilliant.

My doctor was awesome. So chirpy from the moment I walked in. I was instantly at ease, especially since I was a bit nervous to get injections. He took time to explain what the issue was and how my treatment would benefit. He was so lovely and let me rest for a moment whilst I let some sickness pass. I am really happy with how I was treated.

Reviewed my regular prescriptions. Dr was patient and I rushed with her suggestions. Also discussed a medical concern; set up a priority appointment with a specialist team. Very positive experience.

Doctor I had face to face appointment with was brilliant. Listened to me and took my opinion into consideration. The referral he made for me came through the next day.

Contacted within 45 minutes of submitting form and offered appt in 7days. Lovely surgery in Sutton Benger. The doctor was amazing

Had an appointment with the GP. She has arranged for me see department at Bath hospital. Told updates regarding appoint would be on NHS link. This now shows that they recommend different treatment . As yet awaiting update from surgery.

This visit was arranged by the surgery.Very nice little surgery, no problem parking and I was acknowledged when I walked in. Although I was late being seen this was due to the previous patient. I was permitted to take my husband in as I am not very mobile. The doctor was attentive and listened to my concerns. My visit and advice given were recorded on Airmid the next day. Thank you.
