    We saw a locum. My daughter has regular uti and the dr said she could catch them from toilet seats at school. she told my daughter to drink more water but then scared her about using public toilets. Absolutely ludicrous. She had no idea what the appointment was meant to be about, couldn’t find the test results and suggested I booked an appointment with a different doctor. The surgery is normally amazing but I’m disappointed about the locum they have there at the moment. She gave poor advice and tried to pass the buck to a different doctor.

    I had reason to see the surgery physio to investigate an issue. She was clueless in that she made sure the affected limbs moved. So there's no issue then.... Couldn't understand what I told her regards a limb with restricted movement from an accident decade's ago. Also could not understand the issues I'm experiencing. Eventually ran off and came back with a doctor. She was great as usual. Directed the physio on what was required. So the majority of the reception staff are appalling, the physio is the same. When / if you can get to speak to the single good receptionist and see a doctor face to face you get some progress. Used to be a great surgery. Gone down hill big time over the last few years.

    Health care lady who checked my blood pressure advised me how use econsult. doctor phoned as per email response and I saw doctor 1 hour after phone call brilliant system

    The Appointment was made in good time. Satisfied with the outcome. Luckily I live very near the practice. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

    Due to DVLA’s endless assessment requirements, I was given an appointment for assessment in person by Surgery, Doctor is friendly and helpful, reception is excellent, 👍🏻 overall rating from me.

    I always struggle to get appointments, I’ve had to pay for private Gp appointment on more than 1 occasion, I feel like complaints are not answered at times and when they are it’s not taken seriously, I’ve been waiting over a year to be sent to a long Covid clinic after request by Whipps cross hospital and I paid to see a private doctor relating to serious sinus and breathing difficulties, I haa as need in the recommendation letters by hand to the surgery and that has been ignored for the last 3 months.

    very good communication with the patient. I am a person of other nationalities. However, the doctor spoke English very clearly. Explained everything I need to know about the medications I am taking.

    Blood Test taken by nurse was done expertly, also a friendly approach. It is difficult to acquire an appointment, in many way I wish the system would go back to pre.pandemic
