I rang the surgery as I had a few queries. The receptionist was brilliant she listened and answered each query and she did this in such a polite respectful timely manner. Thank you for the great service

So refreshing to see a GP that is knowledgeable about menopause and can help. Don’t think that just because you are already on HRT that no more can be done if you are still struggling. We are all individuals and a knowledgeable GP here can really help.

I rang the surgery this morning for some help and advice about accessing some help for my elderly Mum. She needs extra help to make her safe in the house. I spoke to reception for a GP referral. Within an hour a GP rang back and referred us to the falls assessment team. An hour later the falls team rang me and arranged to visit us tomorrow for a full assessment. Once again the staff at the surgery have been excellent in their response for help.

Rang for a blood test and was amazed at how the receptionist listened to my problem and gave me an appointment within two days with a nurse. The nurse was so professional, caring and listened. I have been frightened to seek medical help for a problem. She rang there and then and made me an appointment for the next available day. Fantastic service. I am so pleased that I’m now with this practice. All my prescription problems have been instantly sorted as well !! I’ve been trying for five years to get this done at my previous practice….. Thank you all so much.

Had a telephone consultation today with the in house prescribing pharmacist. She was thorough, informative, caring but most of all listened to all my concerns. My medication was updated and further information and advice was made available to me. I cannot fault Fountain Medical centre, all members have staff have always been helpful and attentive, even in difficult and uncertain times. The best surgery in Morley by far! Thank you.

After being transferred from Morley health centre I was a little anxious but I have had to speak to the Dr on 4 occasions in the last couple of months and all the staff and drs have been amazing. Thank you

I find the staff from the Doctors ,Nurses , Receptionist always give 100% always friendly polite and extremely helpful ,since i have been a patient at the surgery i have never had cause to complain.

I missed my blood appointment and rang to apologise. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful, she listened to my concerns and managed to get me another appointment. She was very polite and very helpful, I would definitely recommend this practice as I’ve never had anything bad good service from them.

I have been at fountain about 7 years, it as not always been perfect. But the last q2 months they have massively improved there services. I was diagnosed with cancer during lockdown. They were amazing even after surgery the Dr rang me to ask if needed anything was really caring.
