    1. The self check in screen is place two low in the hallway outside reception and is not atan angle for easy and precise use, it needs to be at a 45 degree angle and higher up, it also needs to be clearly sign posted as it is is very difficult to use and rarely get use unless someone directs people to use it. 2. There is a large screen that is used for information telling people the doctor is ready to see them, however not all doctor's use this function some prefer to come out of their offices and calling patients which can be hard to hear in a noisy waiting room, they should be consistent and use one method which should be clearly able to be seen and heard by all patients, as an additional aid perhaps have lcd screens outside each office showing the name of the person being called. 3. I performed an econsult process a week ago and have been told that a doctor requested the reception staff to contact me to arrange an appointment, it's now one week since I logged the call and have not yet received a call to arrange an appointment, this cannot be normal can it?

    When out of there way to book an appointment with a doctor I wanted to see and rang me back at the end of the day when new appointments was released with an appointment which was good for me

    r Review: Following a call to reception with a request which at first could not be completed. The reception team investigated a solution with the practice management and called me to say that a positive solution had been found and within 4 hours the initial request was sorted to an amazing conclusion. My initial request could have been batted off, but the reception team behind the scenes continued to try to my surprise and succeeded to deliver a positive outcome. Big thanks to the team a credit to the practice

    A prearranged telephone consultation with the independent prescriber was very informative about the regular medication I take and also about other issues to do with my medical condition. She was able to refer to and explain the findings of recent tests I'd had at the hospital and talk about future medical procedures. She was friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I felt like I was given time to talk and to receive clear explanations. A very positive experience.

    Rang the Practice at 8am to request a GP appointment. After a short wait I was offered an appt at 11.05 which I accepted. I saw the GP pretty much on time who was patient and listened to my issues. He was very helpful and professional and I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Practice. It was first rate.

    Really helpful reception staff, apology given for being slightly late; however did not feel rushed; Dr gave great care and took his time explaining things thoroughly.

    Thank you to all those involved in patient care at fountain medical centre. The past 2 recent times I have made contact for an appointment I have gotten through quickly on the telephone system, spoken to someone friendly in reception and been booked in quickly to see a GP. Both times I did not have to ring at first opening and when unable to offer me a same day app on one occasion, the receptionist prebooked for the next day, saving me the time of having to ring back. The GPs I saw and spoke to were understanding, reassuring and gave great patient care. Credits due where credits due and I cant complain at the service I have been offered. Thank you!

    I have been today to see a Dr who was rude never said police or thank you felt like I was in a interrogation. asked about other problems as told by receptionist did not want to answer then was abrupt won't see him again. After 1 year my diabetic is not controlled bit he did not care. feel like it's a waste of time going. tried to call diabetic nurse but was told it will be mid Jan before I can see or speak to her a joke a real joke

    I was having a severe allergic reaction. My husband took me to the fountain medical center . The staff were amazing . I was treated in the car park initially then I was taken into the surgery. An ambulance was called and I was monitored at hospital . Fortunately I have fully recovered. It was a scary experience for myself and my family . The care I received was incredible and I am so grateful to all the staff involved .
