Great experience, my concerns attended immediately. I was seen my GP and ANP on the same day of my booking appointment.

I was seen to discuss what I thought at the time was worsening symptoms of a slipped disc, the practitioner who saw me knew instantly that there was something more serious wrong, and bundled me to QA immediately with a covering letter. Five hours later and I had been through an MRI and am now being cared for with a rare and unusual growth in my L3 vertebrae that had been pressing on my spinal cord. I am hugely grateful for the help and support that I have received from my GP, and am now completely pain free for the first time in years, and things are on the, admittedly slow, path to recovery.

Phoned up at 8am saw nurse the same day had some blood test had a little bit of a MOT & blood results were back the following morning, Excellent!

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, but then had to wait 35 minutes before being called in for my blood test. In that time, the nurse never came out and called anyone else in. There was no apology when I was finally called in. Maybe there was a valid reason for making me wait, in which case an explanation might have been polite.

The nurses dressed the wound twice a week for several weeks, then a compression stocking to aid healin. I have been treated with the utmost respect and care

I have only been part of Drayton surgery for a few months and I have dealt with them a handful of times and so far the service I have received has been absolutely outstanding, very quick and efficient. 10/10

I feel that we all need to understand and learn that we now have specialists nurses and pharmacists within the practice and that they have a vast knowledge and excellent skills, you don’t need to see a doctor all the time just put your trust in them! Thank you for a brilliant service.
