The time it took to speak to a receptionist was excellent it’s the quickest that I have ever gotten through being I was 17 in the queue. My request was dealt with by very helpful person and I had a response in just an hour. So very pleased.

I thank you all for what you have done for me I cld see a nurse when I wanted help did not have to wait and feel better with the ongoing treatment and I did see the doctor as well thank you

Saw nurse practitioner, very sympathetic to my situation of constant pain but unable to bring forward my rheumatology appointment or give me anything other than cocodamol. Not her fault at all, she was lovely. I’ve been in agony for months and nothing is helping. Can barely walk yet I have to wait another 6 weeks for specialist appointment

The Doctor was very thorough and really helpful. Had 4 appointments within a week or so, both nurses we saw were also very friendly and helpful. The receptionist who took the morning calls were very lovely on 2 occasions but another lady was very rude and also just answered the phone ‘surgery’ nothing else. Otherwise a good experience

Having badly gashed my leg .I was treated in A&E, however the wound needed ongoing care from the Surgery practice nurse. Each one I have seen has been caring and professional. Cleaning the wound twice weekly and redressing it. I have felt reassured that my care has been the best . Thank you ladies.

The understanding and no judgmental way the practitioner saw me How supportive she was On the other hand trying to get an appointment took some time felt a bit like jumping through hoops Also trying to get repeat prescription when the medication needs reviewing

I wasn't informed in advance of what the blood test was for nor have I been informed why a blood test was requested. When it came to the actual blood test the health care worker was polite and took care but struggled to get the blood. I have not normally had a problem with the taking of blood samples. I have had no follow up on the results although I have accessed these using the NHS App
